My Russian-American Uncle

My Russian-American Uncle. A little history on my Russian-American uncle. He was a prize-fighter prior to WWII and joined the Navy. Aboard a destroyer he saw a lot of action in the Pacific and also the against the Nazi's in the Atlantic and was involved in many actions against U-boats and his destroyer actually cut a Nazi U-boat in half in one engagement. He worked for over 30 years as a master machinist and master welder in the defense industry after WWII.
