From this "merger" of interests Rosneft will receive a great deal of oil extraction technology and will likely become the largest oil company in the world when you combine the best technology with Russia's vast oil reserves. Aboard a destroyer he saw a lot of action in the Pacific and also the against the Nazi's in the Atlantic and was involved in many actions against U-boats and his destroyer actually cut a Nazi U-boat in half in one engagement. He worked for over 30 years as a master machinist and master welder in the defense industry after WWII.
